Europe has been badly hit by the world economic slowdown. The impact on major institutions, such as education, has been profound. As a result, French universities are under the constraints of drastic budget cuts. Sadly, the University of Angers has not escaped these cuts in funding.
“Can we change ourselves? Yes we can, first we need to accept who we are unconditionally. Choose values that will guide us to make decisions in line with our mission, then take actions in the direction of that vision” Sylvie Stanley
The Programme will prepare students to cope with the paradigm shift and complex dilemmas of the new emerging society. Theory being not sufficient to confront this organizational change, this training is based on innovative models of teaching and learning with an emphasis on application over pure theory. The Programme will be fully delivered in English.
Objectives
The main objective of our programme is to train high-potential students and executives, to be able to deal with global issues and to flourish within the new global community. MFI graduates will be able to understand the Comtemporary Transition, form positive answers and shape sustainable systemic solutions.
To achieve these objectives, students will be offered a comprehensive and innovative programme focused on collaborative work, in order to allow both faculty and students to move forward together.
Faculty
The faculty is comprised of an international group of experts joined by visiting lecturers from business, government, academic and research organizations. Faculty members are skilled in integrating foresight and innovation aspects into clear, comprehensive interdisciplinary programmes for students with a range of professional and educational backgrounds.
